Refund & Return Policy
At The Active Label, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return
eligible items within 14 days of delivery/receipt for a refund or exchange. Please carefully review the return guidelines below to
ensure your item qualifies.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all inserts and branded materials.
- Products bought during promotions or sales may have alternate return policies. Be sure to review those
specific terms before purchase.
- Orders paid with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return

Have your order number & email ready , we will respond with detailed instructions on how to return your item properly. Our team is here to ensure you're fully supported and informed throughout the process.
Step 2: Repack the Item
Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, making sure everything is in resalable condition.
Step 3: Ship the Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to
ensure your return arrives safely.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Step 4: Keep Proof of Postage
Please keep your tracking receipt or shipping confirmation until we've processed your return.
Refund Process
- Once we've received and inspected your returned item, you'll receive an email notification confirming
whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Please allow up to 10-12 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your original payment method.
- You will also receive a separate email confirmation when your refund has been issued and funds have reached your account.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow our standard returns process as outlined above. For sets or tracksuits, all pieces must be returned together to be eligible for exchange.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a credit note for the item’s value, excluding original shipping fees.
- If the item you’re requesting in exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be processed automatically.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
-Items purchased using gift cards or credit notes.
